Performing Arts Private Lessons
Private Lessons with Expert Faculty
The Notre Dame College Performing Arts programs offer private lessons in voice and most instruments to the entire College community – both for credit and noncredit. Auditions are not required for lessons. And students at any level are welcome. Faculty, staff, administrators, alumni and public community members may also arrange for private lessons.
These one-on-one sessions are available with Notre Dame’s expert faculty in voice, piano, guitar, woodwinds, brass, strings and percussion.

Earning Course Credit
Course credit amounts are arranged and granted on the basis of an evaluated performance at the end of the semester. Performing arts degree programs and senior capstones also include private lessons. Details are included in our undergraduate course catalog.
Current Notre Dame students can work with their academic advisers to register for private lessons with credit or can email email@example.com to arrange for instruction. Those interested in non-credit private lessons can email firstname.lastname@example.org. Costs for noncredit lessons are arranged between student and instructor.
At the start of the semester or personal arrangement, a regular, weekly lesson time will be scheduled in accordance with available slots for both the instructor and student. Instructors will email students their lesson times before their first lesson will take place.
