Campus Health Clinic – Notre Dame College has partnered with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation to offer health services on campus for the 2021-2022 academic year. This is the second year the College has teamed with Cleveland Clinic to help provide a safe campus. The Notre Dame Health Clinic is in Harks Hall next to the Director of Residence Life office.

  • The Campus Health Clinic is primarily for students, however, the service is available for employees who have symptoms of COVID-19 and need to be tested. Arrangements must be made in advance to visit the clinic. Members of the campus community first need to email covid@ndc.edu, or complete this online form. No walk-in appointments are available. Routine hours of the Notre Dame Health Clinic are Monday through Friday, 1-5 p.m.
