Transcript Request Information

Students who wish to have official transcripts sent to themselves or to a third party must make such requests via tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/ficecode/00308500. No telephone, e-mail or FAX transcript requests will be accepted. Official transcripts are usually processed within three to five business days.

Please Note: No official transcripts will be issued for students who have an outstanding financial obligation to the College.

However, a student has a right to access a transcript for purposes of seeking employment regardless of whether that student owes an institutional debt. If you need to send a transcript to an employer as part of a job offer, your transcript request must have your potential employer as the recipient. Contact registration@ndc.edu if your transcript request is put on a financial hold, so we can process the transcript to the employer. Per Ohio revised code the college reserves the right to have the employer affirm that the transcripts are a prerequisite of employment. You can access a list of resources available to you if you owe an institutional debt on the Student Accounts webpage.
