Each year, Notre Dame College hosts thousands of spectators for football, basketball, baseball, softball, lacrosse, volleyball, soccer and other sporting events at our facilities. This provides opportunities for local and regional sponsorships that will reach a highly desirable college sports enthusiast demographic in an intimate setting.

Extend Your Reach
Thousands of fans attend Notre Dame sporting events each year and more are expected to make their way to South Euclid, Ohio, with the Falcon’s increased presence, new on-campus athletic fields and conference expansion.
Thousands of fans enjoy Falcons football each week, and the average attendance for basketball games is over 600 for men’s basketball and 500 for women’s games. The average attendance for wrestling is over 600 for dual matches at home.
Notre Dame competes as a NCAA Division II institution, and Falcon athletic teams compete against fellow Division II programs as well as some Division I programs.
Competition in the Mountain East Conference (MEC) attracts students, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, visitors and guests from across the region and across the country to our events.
Gain National Recognition
Notre Dame student-athletes have attained All-American status on the playing field and scholar-athlete honors in the classroom. In recent years, the Falcons have earned many national and conference successes.
Notre Dame wrestling won the NCAA Division II national championship in 2014. They also won National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) national championships in both 2010 and 2011 and the National Collegiate Wrestling Association’s national championship in 2012.
In 2014 the Notre Dame women’s rugby team won an American Collegiate Rugby Association DII national title. They were national runner-up the year before.
In addition, on the national stage, the Falcons have:
- Several individual national champions in wrestling (Victer Crenshaw, 2007; Adam Koballa, 2009; Thomas Straughn, Jeff Pelton, Derek Foore, 2010; Dante Rini, 2011; Orlando Scales, 2011; Eric Burgey 2013 and 2014; Jonatan Rivera and Garrett Lineberger 2014; and Joey Davis 2013, 2014 and 2015)
- World champion in bowling (Chris Via, 2013)
- National champion in track and field (Michael Mannozzi, 2010)
- 2010 men’s soccer team was NAIA national runner-up (23-1-0)
The Notre Dame women’s golf team won an MEC championship in 2014. The women’s soccer team took conference titles in 2014 and 2013, while the men’s soccer team won the MEC in 2013.
Other conference championships include women’s swimming finishing first in the Appalachian Swimming Conference in 2012-2013 and wrestling winning the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in 2012-2013.
Connect with Golfers and Professional Athletes
Each year Notre Dame hosts its Falcon Golf Classic, an 18-hole scramble and buffet dinner at StoneWater Golf Club in Highland Heights, Ohio, one of the finest golf courses in the state.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for companies and organizations, providing visibility and access to more than 150 golfers and guests, including members of the Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians.
StoneWater Golf Club is a par-71 Hurdzan-Fry layout that has played host to an event on the Nationwide Tour and to USGA and NCAA qualifiers. StoneWater has been ranked among the top 10 courses in Ohio and among the top 30 public-access courses in the nation by Golf Digest.
