Types of Services

Individual and Group Therapy

Counselors are available to meet on an individual basis with students seeking help. We also offer group therapy. Students seek counseling to deal with a wide variety of concerns including adjusting to college, anxiety and stress reduction, time management, academic concerns, managing depression, relationship problems, eating difficulties, conflict management, or anything else that concerns YOU!

Psychiatry

A Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is available to students engaged in counseling services. Appointments are made through a virtual psychiatric prescribing clinic. If a student needs a mental health prescription, they must first be clients of the Counseling Center, and continue to use counseling services. For students not interested in counseling services, we are able to provide off campus referrals. Please contact our office for more information.
