Alumni Enjoy and Evening with Mercury Theatre
NDC is blessed to have its very own theatre company on campus. Mercury Theatre Company holds all of their performances in our Regina Auditorium. This summer we have partnered with them to offer special events for our Alumni at a select performance of each of their shows this season. Alumni have already enjoyed Carousel and La Cage Aux Folles is coming up this Saturday. “The show was fabulous” said Audrey Dvorak ’56 after attending Carousel.
There is still time to join us for the family friendly Madagascar on Saturday, August 5 at 1:00 pm (Tickets are $9) or Hairspray on Friday, August 18 at 7:30 p.m. (Tickets are $15). Our alumni events include a reception before the show, seating in our special alumni section and a meet and greet with the cast after the show. Bring your family and friends to partake in an evening at the theatre on NDC’s campus.
If you would like to join us please call Aubrey Pischieri at 216.373.6496 by the Monday before your show.
The NDCAA is excited to announce that we now have Affinity groups. What is an Affinity group? You have probably heard of Alumni Chapters, which are based in a particular city, well Affinity groups are made up of alumni drawn together based on common interests and shared experiences.
This spring we created three new Alumni Affinity Groups: Performing Arts Alumni, Minority Alumni Chapter and Academic Support Center Alumni. Word has spread quickly and we have several more groups interested. The NDCAA is looking forward to supporting these groups as they find ways to bring NDC alumni together both on campus and off. We are eager to see how they engage our alum and remind us all how great it is to be a part of the Falcon family.
If you would like to create an Affinity group or Chapter for NDC Alumni please contact Heather Coontz, Director of Alumni Relations at 216.373.5316 or email@example.com.
