New Student Orientation is a process to assist students (and their families) with their transition into our environment, institution, and campus culture. The purpose of the on-campus program is to establish connections with the campus community, understand the academic and community expectations of being a Notre Dame College student, meet with an academic advisor, and make friends with other Falcons! There is a component of the on-campus orientation that is specifically geared toward parents/guests. The next step, Online Orientation, contains information specific to college-wide resources, services, and policies. The final piece to the Orientation process is Welcome Week the week prior to classes beginning for Fall semester (August). All steps of the New Student Orientation process are mandatory to meet the needs of first-year and transfer students. Information regarding the New Student Experience can be found on the New Student Information website.
