Bill Leamon is the director of the EDC@NDC and assistant professor of entrepreneurship at Notre Dame College, having taught entrepreneurship, marketing, management, strategy and leadership courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Prior to entering academia, Leamon spent 15 years working for private sector companies in senior roles in the areas of sales/marketing, manufacturing/operations and organizational development/design.
In addition to being active in the entrepreneurship community in Greater Cleveland, Leamon has extensive consulting experience helping both commercial and social entrepreneurs start and scale new enterprises.
He is the managing director of The Business of Good Foundation, an engaged philanthropic organization that supports nonprofits in the areas of education, employment and, entrepreneurship. He also is the founding partner of SEA Change, a social enterprise accelerator serving Northeast Ohio.
Leamon holds both Master of Business Administration and Master of Organizational Development degrees from Case Western Reserve University, a Master of Human Resources degree from Cleveland State University and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina.
