Dean of Students Office:

Tera oversees the College’s Student Conduct and Title IX processes, and supervises the Director of Residence Life.  Tera has a BA from John Carroll University in Communications, A masters in College Student Personnel from the University of Louisville, and is an ATIXA Level 1 Certified Civil Rights Investigator.  Tera has been at Notre Dame College since 2009, and has worked in various capacities within Student Affairs.  She is married to her husband, Treye, and has one child and a dog.  Tera enjoys spending time outside and exploring Cleveland.


Samantha George

Samantha George
Assistant Dean of Students

Sami facilitates the student concern and complaint procedure, and serves as a student advocate in the conduct process.  She also supervises the President’s Team; the student ambassador program for the Office of the President.    She is in the process of getting her Masters of Arts in Higher Education Administration degree.  She has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Broadcasting.   She began working at Notre Dame College in 2010.  Before joining Student Affairs, she had the opportunity to work as a member of the Admissions Team as well as the Head Cheerleading Coach and supervisor of the Cheer, Dance, and Mascot Program.  She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two children, and has a passion for Cleveland sports.


Student Engagement:

Katie Hartman
Director of Student Engagement and Leadership

Katie Hartman is the Director of Student Engagement and Leadership at Notre Dame College. Katie has a BA in Psychology from The Ohio State University and a MEd in College Student Personnel from Ohio University. Katie joined the NDC family in 2016 as an Admissions Counselor and transitioned into Student Affairs in 2017. Katie is a huge Ohio State football fan, avid foodie, and lives with the idea that every day is a new adventure. Come say hi- her door is always open!


Falcon Café:

Falcon Café Manager

Leanne runs the day to day operations of the Falcon Café and apparel shop, along with the buying of apparel and merchandise, budgeting, and the supervising of employees.  She has a degree in Merchandising.


Campus Ministry:

Ted Steiner-Director of Campus Ministry

Ted Steiner
Director of Campus Ministry

Ted cares for the spiritual needs of all students and staff of the College.  He has a Master's Degree in Theology from St. Mary Seminary.   He also has a Degree in Theology and Communications from John Carroll.  Ted likes to play the guitar and paint.


Anita Yoder-Assistant Director of Campus Ministry

Anita facilitates service projects, leading Immersions, and supporting student leaders.   She has a Masters of Divinity degree through Bethany Theological Seminary. She lives in Cleveland Heights with her husband Ben.


Performing Arts:

Timothy Little

Timothy Little
Director of Performing Arts

Timothy Conducts the Concert Choir, the Chamber Choir, and various specialized choral groups. In addition to conducting, Timothy serves as the Executive Director of Performing Arts, and teaches courses in music within the performing arts minor curricula.  He has a Masters of Music degree in Choral Conducting & Literature from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Music degree with Vocal and Music Education studies from the Shenandoah Conservatory.  He is a Die-hard LSU football fan, loves to fish, and crazy about his nephews and nieces.


Michael Krueger-Assistant Director of Band

Interim Director of Instrumental Studies

Michael serves as the Interim Director of Instrumental Studies, where he assists with the concert and marching programs, recruitment and teaches applied brass.  He has a Masters of Music degree in Music Composition and a Bachelors of Music degree in Music Composition from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.  Michael loves sports and playing XBOX.


Counseling Center:

Jerry Hayes

Jerry Hayes
Director of Counseling

Jerry serves as the Director of the counseling center.  He is responsible for managing and oversight of the daily functioning of the center including the provision of individual and group therapy, outreach and prevention efforts, training and consultation and administrative and clinical supervision. Jerry is a licensed psychologist; Degree: PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).

In addition to working with students at NDC, he enjoys photography, videography and performing as a guitarist and singer songwriter in the Cleveland area. He has a terrific family with two great kids, 9 and 12. He is also a member of Knights of Columbus (Council 310).


Desiree Morrison-Assistant Director of Counseling

Desiree serves as the Coordinator for Prevention and Outreach.   She provides direct clinical services, mental health outreach, and educational programming to campus community.  She has a   M.Ed., LPCC-S, CYC-P, and has 3 children.  She loves fitness and art.

Office Manager for Counseling Center

Nadya serves as the office manager for the Counseling Center.  She has a BA in Accounting, and enjoys baking and spending time outdoors with her children and family.


Residence Life:


Nick Aylward-Director of Residence Life

Nick Aylward
Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Student Life

Nick is responsible for administering a comprehensive student development program consistent with the philosophies and goals of Notre Dame College, and Department of Student Affairs. Nick has a Masters of Education, and A Bachelors of Arts in History.  He is a lover of all things Cleveland.
