Notre Dame College requires all students who have less than sixty (60) earned credits and/or who are under twenty one (21) years of age to live in on-campus housing.
Notre Dame College believes that living on campus is an essential part of a successful college experience. Students who reside on campus are more likely to succeed academically and graduate from college in a timely manner. Studies have shown that students who live on campus earn better grades and have higher GPA’s than their non-resident counterparts. Living on campus provides students opportunities to develop stronger ties to the College and experience a greater sense of community or connection.
Students who meet the criteria to live off campus are encouraged to find housing in the local community. Students who desire to live off campus and meet the criteria for a housing exemption should fill out the housing exemption form and submit it to the Office of Residence Life.
