Admission
- While enrolled in any of the Center for Professional
Development courses, you will be classified as a nondegree
seeking student.
- If you are taking a graduate course at Notre Dame
College for the first time, please submit a copy of your
teaching certificate or college transcripts with your registration form.
- Failure to submit a copy will place your grade on a hold status until a copy is received.

Registration - Notre Dame College Offerings
To register for Notre Dame offerings from the Center
for Professional Development complete the enclosed registration form and handle in one of three ways:
- In-person, drop off at the Center for Professional
Development office in the Administration Building
- Mail your registration to:

- Registration deadline is three days prior to start of class. Late registration fee ($15) is charged for registration received less than three days prior to class. No registration is accepted on day of class.
Registrations can be taken by Admissions personnel
until 7:00 PM.

Tuition and payment for flexibly scheduled courses are
indicated for each sponsoring agency along with additional
materials fees for those courses that require them. Tuition
and materials fee are due at the time of registration.
*Please note: When using MasterCard and/or VISA to
pay tuition, the ENTIRE tuition and fee amount will be
charged at the time of registration
| Back To Top | Tuition Refund/Withdrawal
If a course or workshop is canceled due to low enrollment,
participants will receive a full refund. If a participant
withdraws from a class, the withdrawal policy is as follows:
- Withdrawal 5 days prior to the first class ~ 50% of tuition
will be refunded.
- Withdrawal after the first class ~ No refund.
**WRITTEN NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR
WITHDRAWAL. THE REFUND WILL BE CALCULATED
BASED ON THE DATE THE WRITTEN NOTIFICATION IS
RECEIVED. PLEASE NOTE THAT NON-ATTENDANCE
DOES NOT CONSTITUTE OFFICIAL WITHDRAWAL.

Course is considered confirmed unless student is notified by phone or email of cancellation. Please provide proper phone numbers and email address on registration. Notre Dame College is not responsible if you do not provide correct phone and email information or check these devices for messages. Room assignments are posted on directional signs within classroom building. Please Note: If you are taking a computer course please bring your own memory stick or CD-W to save your work.

Notre Dame College reserves the right to reschedule or cancel
any course due to insufficient enrollment. Determination for
cancellations will generally be made no later than 5 business
days before a course begins. Refunds will be issued within four
weeks of notification.

Course offered by the Center for Professional Development are
short, flexible offerings. Therefore, attendance at all sessions is
required to receive credit and a grade or a certificate of attendance
for continuing education as part of our providership. Our quality
standards prohibit Notre Dame College from any other practice.
Blended course- A blended course consists of in class time plus an external project asignment sent to the instructor via email. Access to a computer is necessary.
| Back To Top | Grade Reports And Official Transcripts
Grade Reports for all courses ending during Fall, 2006 will be
issued in December 2006. For courses taken ending
after June 30, grade reports will be issued by mid August.
Official transcript requests are processed 7~10 days AFTER
the Office of Student Records receives grades. To obtain an
official academic transcript, you must submit your request in
writing to the Office of Student Records. Transcript forms will
be available from your instructor or can be obtained in the
Student Records Office. There is a fee of $4 per official transcript.
