Campus Facilities Rental Guidelines
FACILITIES:
Facilities are available for business conferences and meetings, as well as limited celebrations.
Celebrations will be limited to the Performing Art Center, the Great Room, and the Little Theatre in the Administration Building.
Use of Connelly Center and Rinehart Room depends upon student and school events. Classroom space is available on a limited basis during non-peak class session time.
The Chapel is available for Catholic weddings for alumni,employees, their families, and friends of Notre Dame College and the Sisters of Notre Dame.

LIMITATIONS:
The celebration attendance shall not exceed the following limitations:
- The Great Room (70) - sit-down affair, (85)- standing reception
- Little Theatre (60)- sit-down affair, (75) - standing reception
- Connelly Center (125-250) depending upon event setup.
- Rinehart Room (70) - depending upon event setup.
The College will not entertain rentals for minors (under 18) birthday celebrations, wedding receptions or celebration events from the general public.
COMMUNITY EVENTS:
Notre Dame College welcomes a partnership with surrounding communities and businesses to host events on our campus. Contact the Conference Director to discuss and develop arrangements.
FOOD SERVICE:
Normandy Catering shall be used as the exclusive catering service for any event. Exceptions may be made with Normandy Catering's written approval.
SET-UP/CLEAN-UP CHARGES:
All groups will be charged a set-up/clean-up fee. Extraordinary set-ups are subject to additional charges.
PROTECTIVE SERVICES (SECURITY):
All groups will have at least one campus police officer on duty for any celebration event that exceeds 100 people. Groups serving alcohol shall have at least two campus police officers on duty.
MUSIC/AUDIO-VISUAL:
Musical groups must consult with the maintenance staff to insure proper electrical needs are available. Audio-visual requests can be handled through the Conference Director. There may be additional charges for rental of audio-visual equipment. Music for chapel is handled by the Director of Campus Ministry.
PARKING:
Complimentary parking is available for all guests on campus lots.
DECORATIONS:
Notre Dame College Conference Director, Maintenance, and Catering staff shall be consulted prior to displaying any materials. The affixing of materials or decorations to the walls, doors, or ceilings with nails or staples is strictly prohibited. Use of other adhesive materials must be approved prior to use.
SMOKE-FREE FACILITY:
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not permitted indoors in any college building.
REQUESTS:
Requests for use of Notre Dame College facilities will be on a first call basis. Celebration requests will be limited to alumni and their immediate families, current or retired employees and their immediate families, religious and their immediate family, and friends of the college as designated by the Development Office and the Board of Directors.
- Immediate family (alumni, current and retired employees) is defined as husband, wife, children or step-children.
- Immediate family (religious) is defined as mother, father, brother, sister, niece or nephew.
Requests can be made by calling the Conference Director (216-373-5286) to check facility availability and to initiate a formal contract.
