On-Campus Recruiting StrategiesThe Career Services Center at Notre Dame College offers employers several recruiting opportunities to meet and interview prospective employees. Employers may host a recruitment/information table to attract visibility to their organization during both fall and spring semesters. Employers can also promote their openings and interview pre-selected candidates on campus throughout the year for both full-time positions and co-op/internships. We will assist you in scheduling both activities. Career Services also encourages employers to help students and alumni develop appropriate job search skills by participating in career discussion panels, mock employer-led interviewing and other career building sessions or workshops. Career FairsNotre Dame College co-sponsors the annual Northeast Ohio Teacher Education Day (NOTED) so school districts can meet and hire over 1,000 teacher candidates. The next NOTED is on March 30, 2010, at the John Knight Center in Akron Ohio. Registration information is on the website at: www.notedjobfair.org.
