Kim Lane Kim serves as the Director of Career Services and provides individual assistance with major and career-related decisions. She also works with employers to create job opportunities and assists students with the job search process. Kim is a graduate of Ohio University and received her master’s degree from The University of West Alabama. Before arriving at Notre Dame College, she worked in career services at a local community college. She also has extensive industry experience in the human resources and recruiting functions. After earning both her bachelor’s and master’s degree from Ohio University in Athens, she served as an adjunct professor of Art History at the University of Hartford in Connecticut. Using her years of experience in higher education, Lauren works as the liaison between students and employers.
