Calendar-Year Registration

Register early! Some courses reach capacity early and others may be canceled due to low enrollment. The new registration procedures will give priority to those students who are closest to graduation.

Please bring your registration form to the Office of Student Records to receive immediate registration confirmation.

Fall Registration: After June 1st, returning students will be charged a $25 late fee.You must have an advisor's signature on your registration form.

New Students: If you are enrolling for your first term of credit at Notre Dame College or you are a Notre Dame College student who has not enrolled for credit in the past calendar year, you will need to apply for admission prior to registration. Please visit the Admissions Section of the site, or call the Office of Admissions at 216-373-5315 for additional information.

Non-degree seeking Students: Non-degree seeking students are exempt from our formal admissions processes. Please contact the Office of Student Records at 216-373-5315 for a Statement of Admissions Exemption.

Transient Students: An official statement signed by a Student Records or Academic Affairs officer from your home institution verifying both good academic standing and successful completion of appropriate prerequisite(s) is required for registration.

Non-Credit/Audit Options: Some undergraduate courses are open on a space-available, noncredit/ audit basis. You may register for a 1-2-3-4 credit course on a non-credit/audit basis for a fee of $65 per credit hour.

Senior Growth Program: If you are at least 60 years of age, our Senior Growth program is for you. You may register for some undergraduate courses on a space-available, non-credit basis for a flat fee of $60. Please note: Information Systems classes are not available as a non-credit/ audit option. For more information on how to register for a course on a noncredit basis, contact the Office of Student Records.

Cancellations

Notre Dame College reserves the right to reschedule any course due to extenuating circumstances or to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment. Determination for cancellation is generally made two weeks after the first day of registration.

Withdrawals

If you determine that it is necessary to withdraw from a course, you must submit written notification to the Office of Student Records signed by your advisor. Please note that non-attendance does not constitute official withdrawal. There is a fee of $25 for each schedule adjustment that you make following Schedule Adjustment Period.
