Transcript Requests
Students who wish to have transcripts sent to themselves or to a third party must make such requests in writing or via FAX by completing the Transcript Request Form in person in the Student Services office, by printing out the form and mailing it or by faxing it. You may also request a transcript in a signed letter in which you include the same information listed on the form. No telephone or email transcript requests will be accepted for processing, since requests must be signed.

There is a fee of $4 per official transcript. Please enclose payment with your request. Checks should be made payable to Notre Dame College. Please Note: Transcripts will not be processed until payment is made in full, and no transcripts will be issued for students who have an outstanding financial obligation to the College.
Official transcripts are processed within 3 to 5 business days of issuance of grade reports or of receipt of a written request, whichever is later.
Please Note: Official transcripts sent directly
to students are marked "ISSUED TO STUDENT" and may not be accepted
by a third party.

Privacy Policy
The Registrar’s Office maintains records that include academic and demographic information on all Notre Dame students. To protect the privacy of our students and to ensure that their educational records are accessible to them, Notre Dame has a policy for maintaining and administering student records which is in compliance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). The general guidelines of our policy and of FERPA are set forth there.
