Campus Concern Report
Notre Dame College would like to offer students, faculty, staff a convenient way to report an incident or concern that occurred or is occurring on campus or in our community. We encourage you to report any activity that is a threat to the health and safety of the Notre Dame College community. When this form is submitted, you will not be identifiable by the recipient unless you request to be contacted. We encourage you to submit your concern with your name and contact information, but it is not required. All information will be kept as confidential as possible and will be retrieved by the Associate Dean for Student Affairs.
Why should I report a concern?
Notre Dame College strives to create an environment where honesty is supported and personal responsibility is taken for unethical behavior. We want to ensure you are able to express your concerns without fear of retaliation or giving your name. You also have the choice to directly contact Brian Emerson, Associate Dean of Student Affairs at 216-373-5177 or the Campus Police at 216-373-5212. This reporting tool is an additional convenient way for you to express any safety concerns you may have.
We encourage each member of the campus community to take personal responsibility for the safety of the college. We depend on the forthcoming nature of our college community to create a safe and healthy environment where our values are maintained. Thank you for helping to make Notre Dame College a safer place.
