Sunday Signs with NDC Volleyball

South Euclid, OH – May 13, 2005 - The Notre Dame College volleyball program acquired a talented middle hitter when Field High School's Ashley Sunday signed an NAIA Letter of Intent to become a Falcon with the 2005-06 academic year.

The 5'11" four-year varsity team member was a First-Team All-League selection as a senior. She was also a First-Team All-District pick and an Akron Touchdown Club Athlete. The team earned sectional championships in 2002 and 2003, and were district champions and regional runners-up in 2003.

Sunday's decision to attend Notre Dame College was because of the volleyball program and the size of the school.

She plas to major in biology.
