England's Skudder to Play for NDC Soccer Team

South Euclid, OH – July 22, 2004 - Darren Skudder became the next member of the Notre Dame College men's soccer program after signing an NAIA Letter of Intent this week.

The Mayflower High School graduate from Billericay, Essex, England, is a center midfielder. In the past four years, he has spent time playing for the Billericay Youth Football Club, who were runners up in Division 1 of the Chelmsford League, as well as with the Chelmsford City Football Club team, who last season were runners-up in the P.A.S.E league, runners-up in the Alliance League and the Alliance League Cup and made it to the second round of the P.A.S.E League Cup in addition to the second round of the FA Youth Cup.

With plans to major in business and work in a sports-related field, Skudder chose to attend Notre Dame because of the courses provided and the high standards of the Falcon men's soccer team.
