Bay Village's Williams Will Play Baseball at NDC

South Euclid, OH – July 26, 2005 - Only days before his eighteenth birthday, Bay High School graduate Matt Williams signed an NAIA Letter of Intent to play baseball for the Notre Dame College Falcons beginning with the 2005-06 academic year.

The two-year varsity player for the Rockets spent time on the mound, as well as in the outfield and at first base. He was also a member of the soccer team.

"I chose Notre Dame because of baseball and because it's a good college for education," said Williams.

He plans to major in secondary education.
