Sands crosses over to NDC
SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio – The Notre Dame Women’s Cross Country program announced today the signing of Maegen Sands to a National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Letter of Intent to run with the Falcons.
Sands comes to College Road from New London, Ohio where she is a 2008 graduate of New London High School. The daughter of Maureen Randall and John Sands earned one letter in cross-country, two in track and field and two in basketball.
In her senior season, Sands earned Second Team All-Firelands Conference and also served as captain of the Wildcat Basketball team.
She was a member of the Honor Roll and High Honor Roll.
