Begley makes mark at NDC
SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio – The Notre Dame Women’s Swimming program announced today the signing of Kaylyn Begley to a National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Letter of Intent to swim with the Falcons.
Begley comes to college road from Pittsburgh, Penn. where she was a three-year letterwinner for Deer Lakes High School.
In Begley’s freshman and sophomore seasons she was a qualifier for the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) Meet in 100 and 200 Yard Freestyle events. She was also on the record-setting 200 and 400 Yard Freestyle Relays.
The Falcons just completed their second season of competition where they finished in 11th place at the NAIA National Swimming & Diving Championship Meet up from 13th in their first season (2006-07).
