Columbus native checks in with Falcons
SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio – The Notre Dame Women's Lacrosse team announced the signing of Jen Hrobuchak to a National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) letter of intent to play lacrosse with the Falcons.

Hrobuchak comes to College Road from Olentangy High School in Central Ohio. For the Braves, she earned four letters in lacrosse and two apiece in cheerleading and field hockey. Prior to her senior season, she was named to the All-Ohio Capital Conference Second Team while averaging 2.0 goals per game.
The midfielder also participated in Student Council and was on Merit Roll.
"We are thrilled to have Jen join our corps for next year," said Head Coach Candace Taglianetti. "Her speed will be a great asset to her college game."
The NDC Lacrosse team just closed out their fourth season with a 12-4 record, including a nine-game win streak mid-season. The Falcons ended 2008 with the championship title at the Falcon Invitational with a 12-6 victory over NAIA member, Lindenwood (MO).
Notre Dame College is a co-educational liberal arts institution in South Euclid, Ohio. The Notre Dame Athletics Department sponsors the Falcons' participation in 17 men's and women's sports. The College is affiliated with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the American Mideast Conference (AMC), which is the largest NAIA conference in the country.
