How to Apply to Notre Dame College

You have choices....

You can choose to print out a copy of our mail-in application and mail in along with a $30.00 ($40.00 for Graduate Admission) non-refundable application fee, or you can use the free online application form below.

If you elect to use the free online application, we recommend that you first print out the correct copy of the mail-in application (available as an Acrobat Reader PDF file) to learn what information is required.

 

The application process consists of three steps:

1. Choose one of the five versions of the Notre Dame College application or the Nursing Application Form for the BSN Program:

  1. An application for anyone 17 to 22 years of age and who has graduated from high school.

  2. An application for anyone 23 years of age or older and who has graduated from high school.

  3. International Application Form

  4. Application for Graduate Admission
    • Master of Education degree with licensure for Intervention Specialist for Mild/Moderate Needs
    • Master of Education degree with endorsement in Computer Technology
    • Master of Education degree with endorsement in Teaching of Reading
    • Licensure for Intervention Specialist for Mild/Moderate Needs
    • Endorsement in Computer Technology
    • Endorsement in Teaching of Reading

  5. Application for the Teacher Education Evening Licensure (TEEL®) Program

  6. Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program Application Form - Do not complete the BSN Program Form unless you have already submitted an application or have been accepted to Notre Dame Colege. Contact the correct Admissions Counselor for more information.
    • If you are 17 to 22 years of age, and graduated from high school contact the Admissions Counselor at admissions@ndc.edu
    • If you are 23 years of age or older, and graduated from high school contact the Adult Admissions Counselor at adultadmissions@ndc.edu

2. Fill out the correct application using either the free online application or the mail-in application (available as an Acrobat Reader PDF file). Both applications are located below.


3. Mail in the correct additional support materials to the Notre Dame College Admissions Office
