To register for Notre Dame College offerings from the Center for Continuing and Professional Development:

Complete the course registration form and either:
- Drop it off at the Center for Continuing and Professional Development office which is located at The Center is located at Notre Dame College's Regina Complex - Room 107, 1857 South Green Road, South Euclid, OH 44121-4293.
- Mail your course registration form to: The Center for Continuing and Professional Development Notre Dame College 4545 College Road, South Euclid, Ohio 44121
- Fax your registration to the Center for Continuing and Professional Development at 216.373.6353.
Registration deadline is three days prior to start of class. Late registration fee ($15) is charged for registration received less than three days prior to class. No registration is accepted on day of class.

PBS Teacherline Course Registration & Fees

Teacher Education Institute (TEI) Course Registration & Fees
Notre Dame offers some courses in conjunction with the nationally-known Teacher Education Institute (TEI). Participants earn 3 semester hours of graduate credit. The fee for all TEI courses is $560 plus $75 for materials. A $50 non-refundable deposit will hold your space in class. The balance must be received by TEI two (2) weeks prior to the course start date to guarantee placement and avoid a late fee). Instructional Delivery Services (IDS) Course Registration & Fees
Notre Dame offers courses cooperatively with Instructional Delivery Services (IDS). Participants earn 3 semester hours of graduate credit. Tuition and payment for each graduate semester hour course is $435. Please send completed registration form with a non-refundable deposit check for $50.00 payable to: Instructional Delivery Services, 1119 Meadow Woods Dr., Macedonia, Ohio 44056.
