Management Information Systems

Goals:
The Management Information Systems major helps students develop the conceptual knowledge and analysis skills to prepare for careers in business or further graduate studies. The program stresses practical applications and field experience.

Requirements:
Business Administration Core Courses + 18 credits including:
BU 235 Management Information Systems
IS 222 Programming Logic and Design
IS 310 Systems Analysis
IS 323 Information Technology Hardware and Software
IS 335 Network Essentials
IS 350 Database Management Systems

In addition, the MIS student is encouraged to complete either the Programming or Multimedia minor.
