NDC Offers Innovative eLearning Course

To gain the skills necessary to create effective blended eLearning content and teaching tools, enroll by Feb. 14 in “Technology Driven Classrooms: Engaging the iGeneration,” an eight-week, online, graduate-level, extensively research-based and fully instructor-led course.

Mountain East

Notre Dame College and 11 other institutions that announced the formation of the Mountain East Conference (MEC) in August have officially applied for approval to begin competing as the NCAA’s newest Division II conference in 2013-­‐14.

Meadows Turkey Bowl

Notre Dame College once again serves as a corporate sponsor of the Meadows Turkey Bowl, the largest fund-raising event in Medina County benefitting the St. Vincent DePaul Society. NDC will provide the team jerseys and a Falcon tunnel.

Slideshow: Christmas at Notre Dame

Notre Dame College celebrated a magical day of Christmas on Dec. 1. Students, alumni, employees and friends brought their families to campus for an old fashioned Christmas celebration that featured carols, sing-a-longs, kettle corn, and much more.

The Notre Dame College Division of Nursing will host Theresa Brown, RN, Ph.D., a nationally published nurse, for its third annual Patient Safety Conference in the Performing Arts Center from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 13.

Champs

The Notre Dame College men’s rugby team has clinched the Division 3 Great Lakes Conference title in the National Small College Rugby Organization. The Falcons defeated Calvin College, 20-13, and advanced to the Central Region Championship.

Spring 2013 Registration

Priority registration for the spring 2013 semester began Thursday, Nov. 1, and will remain open to students through Thursday, Dec. 13, the last day of the final exam period. Make sure to register during your designated time!

The Notre Dame College Men’s Rugby team won the East Division Championship in its inaugural season in the National Small College Rugby Organization Great Lakes Conference. The Falcons will now host the regional championships on Oct. 27 and 28.

"Putnam County Spelling Bee"

Get out your dictionaries! The Tony Award-winning musical comedy, “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” – one of Broadway's most buzzed about hits – is in attendance at Notre Dame College's Theatre Department on Nov. 9, 10 and 11.

CEPROSI Kids

Notre Dame College will offer a two-credit class next semester that will include a unique international travel and learning experience. The BU 392 International Immersion course will take up to 10 students to the developing country of Nicaragua.
