G.I. Jobs named Notre Dame a 2011 Military Friendly School.

Notre Dame College has been recognized by G.I. Jobs magazine as a 2011 Military Friendly School. G.I. Jobs released a list of all honored institutions. It honors the top 15 percent of colleges, which are doing the most to embrace veterans as students.

Intercollegiate football Notre Dame College Style begins on Saturday August 28 when our Falcons take on the Mercyhurst College Lakers. Kickoff is at 7:00pm at Korb Field, located at Charles F. Brush High School in Lyndhurst.

Nursing Grads Lead the State in National Exam Pass Rate

The May graduates of Notre Dame’s nursing program have achieved the highest pass rate possible on the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX – RN®) with 100 percent passing the exam on the first attempt.

A community service project, the first football game and a college carnival: Notre Dame College’s Welcome Weekend 2010 promises to be an exciting one. The College has planned a fun-filled weekend for new and returning students.

Notre Dame College will be conducting a training drill simulating a bomb and explosive threat to the College and surrounding neighborhood on Thursday, Aug. 12, beginning at 9 a.m.

For her exceptional work in and outside the classroom, Notre Dame College graduate Donna Rini '85 received the National Science Teachers Association’s Distinguished Teacher Award this spring.


For the second year in a row, Notre Dame College will be one of three main sponsors for the FEST, a one-day Catholic family festival that will celebrate its 10th installment on Aug. 8.
