Notre Dame College’s Clara Fritzsche Library is currently hosting an exhibit of photographs and artifacts from the collection of the South Euclid-Lyndhurst Historical Society. Some of the photographs are featured in “South Euclid,” the latest book in the “Images of America” series by Arcadia Publishing.

The Notre Dame College Indoor Colorguard and Percussion Ensemble have announced their 2012 program as both groups enter their second year of existence this winter.

Notre Dame College’s Academic Support Center received an unexpected Christmas gift a couple of weeks ago. A parent donated $17,500 to the ASC in appreciation of its work with students with learning differences. In addition, the Center also received a $5,000 grant.

Notre Dame College professor and intelligence expert Dr. John Hatzadony will lead an intelligence crisis simulation at Gilmour Academy in Gates Mills, Ohio, at 12:45 p.m. on Feb. 28.

Notre Dame College will host a one-act play about the challenges people with autism or Asperger’s Syndrome might face growing up. Produced by students at Hiram College, “It’s Okay” will take place in the Performing Arts Center at 7 p.m. on Sunday, March 11.

Notre Dame College’s Clara Fritzsche Library will be bustling with activity when more than 110 Brush High School students visit on Feb. 1 and 2 to use the library’s resources for a class project. 

The Notre Dame College Marching Band will step onto the ice for the first time on Thursday, Jan. 26. The band will perform during the first intermission of the Lake Erie Monsters’ American Hockey League game against the Toronto Marlies at 7 p.m. at Quicken Loans Arena.

Notre Dame College President Dr. Andrew P. Roth has named David A. Armstrong, Esq., the College’s new vice president of development.

Notre Dame’s Security Policy Studies Program and the Intelligence Club are launching their Spring Speaker Series with a presentation by an expert in homeland security.

Notre Dame alumna Mary Ann Sabol Johanek ’52 returned to the College last week with a generous contribution to NDC’s Heritage Hallway project.
