THIS IS A PRACTICE EXERCISE ONLY AND THERE IS NO CAUSE FOR ALARM.

Notre Dame College will conduct a training drill simulating a fire rescue on Tuesday, July 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. During the course of the drill there will be many police and fire vehicles using their emergency sirens and lights responding to a simulated incident in the area of South Hall on the NDC campus. The College’s emergency access gates on College Road will be open during the exercise to facilitate access of the emergency responders.

The Cleveland Shakespeare Festival (CSF) will open its 15th consecutive season of free, live outdoor performances at Notre Dame College on June 15.

Lose The Training Wheels, Inc., a nationally recognized nonprofit organization, is once again bringing its innovative style of teaching children with disabilities how to ride a bicycle to Notre Dame College from June 25 to June 29. 

Notre Dame College and the City of South Euclid invite artists to display and sell their work at the second annual “Art on the NDC Circle” event on Saturday, June 23, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Notre Dame College sophomore biology student Tanesha Reed and Assistant Professor of Biology Dr. Tracey Meilander visited St. Mary’s School in Chardon, Ohio, recently to teach second graders about infectious diseases.

Notre Dame College will offer an English as a Second Language course this summer. The class will meet in the College’s Administration Building from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 4 to July 28.

Notre Dame College will host the 2012 Northeast Ohio Literary Expo from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 5.

Former Cleveland Browns standout and current Notre Dame College trustee Brian Brennan will receive the Dino Lucarelli Lifetime Achievement Award on Tuesday, May 8. 

Notre Dame College’s Clara Fritzsche Library is currently hosting “Table, People, Thing,” an exhibit of paintings by up-and-coming Cleveland artist Harris Johnson. The exhibit will run through May 15.
