Dr. Andrew P. Roth, President
Dr. Andrew P. Roth became the 13th president of Notre Dame College in 2003. Prior to this he served in several senior administrative positions at Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pa., as well as a tenured member of the faculty. He earned a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Higher Education from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Roth is also the author of "College Savings and the Tax Code: A New Spin on the 'Who Pays for Higher Education' Debate," published by Garland Publishing of New York.
